Carl Blackwell: April 20. Elevation above normal, water 58 and murky. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, small lures and tube jigs in coves, around docks and shorelines. Saugeye slow on flukes, jigs, lipless baits and sassy shad in the main lake and along shorelines. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver, crawfish, dough bait, shrimp, stinkbait and worms around brush structure, riprap, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds.
