This guidance is intended for all Americans, whether you own a business, run a school, or want to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your home. Reopening America requires all of us to move forward together by practicing social distancing and other daily habits to reduce our risk of exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.

As Oklahoma introduces the Open Up and Recover Safely (OURS) plan, continue to follow these simple tips to protect yourself and those around you.
1 stay at home as much as possible,
2 continue to practice social distancing,
3 practice handwashing and personal health hygiene,
4 wear a cloth face covering when out in public or at work,
5 individuals who are sick should self-isolate from the public and other household members for 14 days.
Please remember that the County Health Department provides free Curbside COVID-19 Testing- By Appointment Only!
